Raw Material Collection
The Raw Material which we use is procured from our Contracted Coconut Farms across various parts of India. These Coconut Husk are checked thoroughly with their quality and stored in our Storage Yard.

Raw Material Pre Processing
The Coconut Husk is stored are moved for Pre Processing and broken down and the fiber is extracted using a Beating Principle.

Extraction
By using the Beating Principle the Pith and Fiber are separated from the Coconut Husk. Then the Coir Pith is extracted from the machine outlet.
Screening

The Coir Pith which is extracted is passed through our screening machinery to remove the unwanted fiber content from the Coir Pith.

Washing of Pith
The Pith is washed to remove the extra Electrical Conductivity from it and it also helps to remove the extra unwanted matters in the Pith. The washing process is achieved by Natural Bedding as well as Artificial Washing processes.

Drying of Pith
Once the Pith is washed it is checked with the EC Level and Dried by using Natural Drying Process. The Pith is moved to different positions to make it dry at all sides by using our advanced machinery.

Block Compression
The dried Coir Pith is then taken for the Compressing Process. Based on the size and standards it is separated and compressed.

Quality Control
A sample is taken out from the ongoing production and the Quality is checked by our well trained and highly experienced staffs. The Team ensures the product is free from impurities like weed, stones, sand, and pathogen.

Packing
The finished goods are then moved to the packing unit where the product is packed based on the customer's requirement.

Logistics & Transport
The final packed goods are then transported to the hands of our clients across the world.
